ANDREW S. KIM
Andrew S. Kim is a partner at KSPL practicing in the areas of corporate and business strategies with a special focus on intellectual property, licensing and franchising and international business transactions.  He serves as outside general counsel to a number of Korean corporations doing business in the U.S.  In addition to his active transactional practice, Mr. Kim also coordinated a number of business and intellectual property litigations on behalf of his corporate clients in the U.S.  Mr. Kim’s professional experience includes 12 years of law practice at major international law firms in Korea.  His clients include numerous public and private entities in the United States as well as Korea.

Mr. Kim’s practice focuses on intellectual property, licensing and franchising as well as corporate and business strategies.  He has extensive experience and expertise in business transactions on international commercial relationships and in assisting and advising on the formation and operation of business entities in the U.S.
