HARRIS F. BROTMAN
Harris Brotman serves as a Senior Counsel to KSPL representing companies, universities, research institutes and investors for intellectual property strategies for business planning in marketing, R&D, and finance.  He has twenty years of broad experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, medical diagnostics and therapeutics.

PRACTICE FOCUS
Dr. Brotman’s practice includes advising clients in connection with Due Diligence in Corporate Transactions; Validity, Infringement, Freedom-to-Operate Opinions; Portfolio Assessment & Management; Negotiation and Preparation of Patent Licenses and Other Agreements and Preparation and Prosecution of Patent Applications.  He has significant experience in these technologies:
